We are able to create these unique experiences by following a proven process that ensures we exceed the needs and expectations of our clients.
Step 1 - Getting Acquainted
The first step in the process is to arrange a complimentary in person or phone consultation. Since we take the time to get to know you in depth, we ask that you set aside approximately 45 minutes for this step. Yes, we do ask a lot of questions but we also listen. We listen to what your vacation goals are and how we may work together to help you achieve them. It's also during this time that we also explain to you how the planning process works. At the end if we both feel that it's a good fit, we ask for a non-refundable design fee.
Step 2 - Creating the Experience
This is when we begin the process of expertly creating that unique, stress-free experience based on our initial consultation. This will be presented to you, and up to 3 changes can be made.
Step 3 - Reservations & Travel Documents
Once you have approved the one-of-a-kind itinerary, we start making the necessary reservations. These include but are not limited to spa, dinning, aviation, private tours, private transportation and other special requests. We also will provide you recommendations that we feel will enhance your experience. Depending on the supplier full or partial payments will be due at this time. We will attend to the tiniest of details so you will have incredible memories upon your return. Now all you have to do is relax and enjoy this one-of-kind trip that the experts at Travel by Bleser have created for you.
Are You Too Busy with Everyday Life to Plan That Next Luxurious Vacation?
As of June 1, 2020 I am now giving my clients the option of a "Plan to go Fee" or an annual subscription. Regardless of which plan you choose you will be receiving extraordinary services and benefits that you will not typically find on-line or with your typical travel agent.
HOTEL AND CRUISE-ONLY BOOKINGS
Complimentary - If you know the specific hotel or cruise. The benefit of booking through us is that you can get perks/amenities at Ensemble member hotels/cruises or preferred partners that you can’t get if you book directly or through an online booking engine. The benefits often include complimentary breakfasts, upgrades (if available) and resort /cruise credits.
PLAN TO GO FEE
All custom trips start with a non-refundable $225 design fee. For all custom trips that are 10 days or less, with 1-6 people. This fee is required to initiate travel planning. The fee is due upon the signing of the appropriate documents. The fee for trips that are longer than 14 days or trips with more travelers will be determined on a case-by-case basis. This will cover 4 hours of researching, changes and providing you with 2 itineraries. After the initial 4 hours a fee of $225 per hour will be charged. A cancellation fee of $250 per person will be charged in addition to any fees/charges imposed by our suppliers/partners.
Itinerary Management Fee In addition to the above-mentioned fee, 13% will be charged on all land arrangements. We request NET pricing from our suppliers/partners. (NET pricing is industry pricing without the markup.) This fee is not charged when booking room reservations directly with the respective hotel.
This annual subscription starts at $3500 and includes everything mentioned in the “Plan to go Fee” section and up to 20 hours of research, planning and booking for the year. The Itinerary Management Fee is reduced to 11% on all land arrangements. A cancellation fee of $100 per person will be charged in addition to any fees/charges imposed by our suppliers/partners.
We book all of the components included in your itinerary and manage the booking with personal attention to detail. Additionally, we are here for support while you travel and we always follow up with you upon your return to go over all the details of your trip.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complex nature of travel planning, we prefer to handle the whole booking process and not to book “A La Carte” components to a trip that you have already partially booked on your own. We have learned from experiences that it can be confusing for everyone to have different components booked by different people and makes it very hard for us to ensure the level of service we aim to provide on all trips.
LATE BOOKING FEE
Travel planning services requested less than 30 days prior to departure: $200 (in addition to the design fee) Not applicable to those with an annual subscription.
TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE
Travel Protection Insurance is optional but is always highly recommended for every traveler to protect all non-refundable travel components. It is recommended that travel design fees be included in your coverage.
