We are able to create these unique experiences by following a proven process that ensures we exceed the needs and expectations of our clients
Let's Begin - Step 1 - Getting Acquainted
The first step in the process is to arrange a complimentary in person or phone consultation. Since we take the time to get to know you in depth, we ask that you set aside approximately 45 minutes for this step. Yes, we do ask a lot of questions. We really want to get aquainted with you to determine what your vacation goals are and how we may work to help you achieve them.
It's also during this time that we also explain to you how the planning process works. At the end if we both feel that it's a good fit, we ask for a non-refundable design fee.
Next, my time is spent researching, planning, and using my extensive network of worldwide travel partners in order to provide you with a luxurious travel experience from beginning to end. The initial design fee allows me to give you the quality of service you deserve, and cover my time to create that one-of-a-kind luxury travel experience you desire!
Step 2 - Creating the Experience
The second step begins once we have received a signed Terms and Conditions Form and the Fee Schedule. This is when we begin the process of creating that unique, stress-free experience based on our initial consultation. This will be presented to you, and up to 4 changes can be made.
Step 3 - Reservations & Travel Documents
The third step is when we start making the necessary reservations. These include but are not limited spa, dinning, aviation, private tours, private transportation and other special requests. We also will provide you recommendations that we feel will enhance your experience. Depending on the supplier full or partial payments will be do at this time. We will attend to the tiniest of details so you will have incredible memories upon your return.
The presentation of your travel documents is the next step in the process. This will occur a few weeks prior to your departure. We will review your entire itinerary with you, and your entire itinerary will also be available to you on a mobile app that we provide to you.
The second to the last step is for you to relax and enjoy the exotic trip that we have created to together. Remember, we are here for you 24/7 during your entire trip.
The final step in the process happens a few days after you return. We will follow up with you to discuss the good, the bad about your trip and to discuss your future travel needs.

All clients will receive a copy of the fee schedule, and we request you initial the bottom of the form and return it with the signed "Terms and Conditions Agreement."
HOTEL AND CRUISE-ONLY BOOKINGS Complimentary - If you know the specific hotel or cruise. The benefit of booking through us is that you can get perks/amenities at Ensemble member hotels/cruises or preferred partners that you can’t get if you book directly or through an online booking engine. The benefits often include complimentary breakfasts, upgrades (if available) and resort /cruise credits.
DESIGN FEE All custom trips that are 14 days or less, with 1-4 people: $150 This fee is required to initiate travel planning. The fee for trips that are longer than 14 days or trips with more travelers will be determined on a case-by-case basis. This fee is non-refundable once travel planning has commenced.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complex nature of travel planning, we prefer to handle the whole booking process and not to book “A La Carte” components to a trip that you have already partially booked on your own. We have learned from experiences that it can be confusing for everyone to have different components booked by different people and makes it very hard for us to ensure the level of service we aim to provide on all trips.
LATE BOOKING FEE Travel planning services requested less than 30 days prior to departure: $175 (in addition to the design fee)
AIRLINE TICKET FEES* Airline Frequent Flyer Tickets: $100 per ticket American Express Points Tickets: $100 per ticket
CAR RENTAL FEES Domestic Car Rental: $50 per reservation International Car Rental: $75 per reservation
TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE Travel Protection Insurance is optional but is always highly recommended for every traveler to protect all non-refundable travel components. It is recommended that travel design fees be included in your coverage. These fees include our initial consultation, research and development of the itinerary, and close consultation with you on revisions until all the details match your needs. We book the components included in your itinerary and manage the booking with personal attention to detail. Additionally, we are here for support while you travel and we always follow up with you upon your return to go over all the details of your trip.
MISCELLANEOUS FEES Vacation cancellation**: $50 per person
